Jane Fisher
Pitched on the show
Harper Wilde
Post-pitch story
Jane Fisher and Jenna Kerner pitched Harper Wilde as the answer to everything annoying about bra shopping — a Warby Parker-style home try-on model with prices that didn't punish you for needing a bra. The pitch landed. Shortly after their episode, the company raised a $2 million seed round led by Charles River Ventures in July 2018, and financial records show Series A rounds in 2019 and 2020 followed by a Series B in December 2021. The brand has since broadened from bras into underwear and sleepwear, positioning itself as a comfortable-essentials label rather than a single-product startup. It's still very much alive: supply chain records show regular shipments through mid-2025, the brand ran major retail promotions through late 2025, and Kerner — still co-CEO — was hiring senior brand leadership as recently as September 2025. Nearly a decade after two founders decided the lingerie industry needed a shake-up, Harper Wilde remains a private, venture-backed company still doing exactly what it pitched.
