Julie Roth Novack pitched PartySlate as Pinterest for events: a photo-rich site where people planning weddings, galas and parties can find venues and vendors through their real work. Since the show, PartySlate has kept growing. In 2023 it raised a Series A-II led by Hearst Ventures. In 2025 it took a convertible note from FJ Labs to build AI tools into the platform. In 2026 it launched AI photo search and a Canva integration for event professionals. PartySlate now lists more than 47,000 vendors and venues and reaches about 3.7 million users a year. Roth Novack is still founder and CEO. It's a steady, well-funded climb, and a good example of a pitch that kept proving itself year after year.
