Post-pitch story

Xiao Wang pitched Boundless to fix something he knew firsthand: the nightmare of U.S. immigration paperwork. The company has since grown from a spouse-green-card helper into a full immigration platform — and into an acquirer. In August 2024 it bought Bridge, a business immigration platform, and in October 2025 it acquired Localyze, a European mobility leader, expanding its reach across the Atlantic. The growth hasn't been painless: Boundless cut staff in September 2025, days before announcing the Localyze deal, as it managed expenses that had grown 80% year over year. The company projected $31 million in sales for 2025, growing at 40%, with profitability targeted for 2027. Wang is still co-founder and CEO, still making the case that immigration should be navigable without a law degree. From a pitch about paperwork to a transatlantic platform — Boundless has become one of the season's bigger stories.
